Emma Day
Emma is based in our Plasmarl showroom which is home to our 1st class incontinence service A1 Hygiene. A1 is a specialist company for incontinence supplies, personal care items and janitorial products that are supplied to private individuals and nursing homes. Emma loves a good old chat and will endeavour to find the perfect product for all her customers needs.
Emma loves volunteering in her spare time and has a great passion for charity work. If she’s not in work, you’ll probably find her fundraising for the Stroke Association and Greyhound Rescue Wales.
Alison Thomas
Alison is one of our newest team members, to say she fitted straight in is an understatement she’s incredible! Alison worked in the care industry and independent living homes for 30 years so she knows our customers needs inside out. She is caring, funny and has a special way with everyone she meets. Alison specialises in both Days Mobility and A1 Hygiene’s products.
If you’ve reached a hard point in your life, which most of our customers have, she’s the lady to talk to. Alison is a proud Mum of 6 and loves holidaying in Florida. I think she’s the biggest kid of them all.

Roy Thomas
Roy recently left a large hospital in Swansea to join our team along side his wife Alison. Roy is our delivery driver for both Days and A1 Hygiene. Nothing is too much trouble for Roy, he is so obliging to all our customers.
He was a bit shy when he started but he has a wicked sense of humour and we are enjoying getting to know this funny, sweet man. You’ll get to meet Roy if you have a delivery. Give him time…he’s shy at first.
Sorry Alison just told me to add that Roy is a bigger Kid than her!
Mark Davies
Mark has been with Days Mobility since the very start. The week Mark joined us his youngest daughter was born, she is now 25!
Mark has a love of cooking and fine dining and recently became a very proud grandfather. Mark is our stairlift specialist. He will call to your home to survey your stairs and offer you a perfect solution that stairs can impose on a somebody’s life.
Mark is based in our Gendros Showroom. Call in to see him, there isn’t much Mark doesn’t know about our industry.
Mark Davies
Jon Roberts
Jon is our operations manager and head engineer. Jon has been with us since he was just 16 when he joined as an apprentice. He has been with us for 14 years and is out on the road everyday making sure our customers lifts and scooters are in perfect working order. Jon has undertaken factory training courses for all our products, so if you ever need an engineer you can trust him to service and repair your lift or scooter.
Jon has a ‘nothing can phase him’ attitude and takes everything in his stride. Possibly being a Dad to 3 little girls has made him patient beyond words. He is a doting Dad and idolises his little girls enjoying camping and fishing holidays away with them regularly.
